You should prop the pump up on something too... Just about an inch or 2, to really make sure you're losing that extra head that you have (you two headed beast! jk). Also by doing so, you'd have to bend your fillport line a bit more.

Edit: Maybe use a piece of foam to prop the pump up, it will knock down some of the vibration noise too.

That should be fine. Bleeding with a T-Line is a pain, but you are less likely to get air bubbles with one after you get them all out. Just let your sound card dry and it should be fine.

Unmount the rad and put it below all other components, I bet you'll see air bubbles.

A nother reson why its important to make shure there is no air left in the loop is the most bigest reson realy.

If you have air in the loop and you close the fill port the air that comes up has no where to go so what happes is it keeps forcing the the coolant down and builds up way to much preshure in your loop thin you start geting leaks around your fittings and that is not good at all.Im telling you this because I noticed you have your T-line filed all the way to the top witch could cause a major problem later even with the smallest of air bubbles. In a T line you realy just wont to keep the line filed right above the (T) fitting.

And yes if your gona be into water cooling you will need to learn to live with some of the things that come with it.Like snerp said.I have also took apart and drained my loop just to cut tubing a tad smaller and to play around with the way the tube is ran.Water cooling is not for every one.

my t line isnt filled all the way to the top, it has a good 3 inches of air at the top of the line. Thats where the air goes.

the thing that is most annoying is that there is a lot of vibration in the case and it driving me nuts. I dont know if its my had drive or just all the case fans.
