10 feet of head until it can't pump anymore. 1 foot can do a lot more than you think. If you can make the GPU block the lowest point in the system, your flow should improve.

Either that or put it on the T-line so you can still use it but it's out of the loop. I'm sure forcing the water through two extra barbs hurts some flow.

Also it should go Pump > CPU > GPU > Rad > T- line

no it shouldn't

pump > rad > cpu > gpu > t line

What is your reasoning for this? I've always read that the heat should be dissapated before entering the pump. Pumps don't like heat.

the pump creates heat. so your cooling the water, heating it up with the pump and then sending the warm water to the cpu, what is your reasoning?

See above. Heat from your system components can damage a pump, at least from what I've read.

Honestly there is no difference between the two. When the system has been running for awhile it all becomes one temp throughout the entire system ranging + or - 1C.

Get rid of that res, it's killing your flow especially with that 180 degree bend at the end of it. That res isn't designed to be used that way.
