In all honest, you'd get better performance from pre-owned AquaXtreme, Danger Den, Swiftech, Alphacool or XSPC parts.
Budget watercooling kits are exactly that BUDGET, they are made from low-mid range parts and generally perform little better than high end air cooling.
Only the 745 has a double rad and it won't be comparable to a decent dual rad eg BIX2, Thermochill or XSPC R120-D.
Better kits would be either Alphacool's Cool Answers 120 or XSPC's X20.

If your choice has to be one of the above then it has to be the 745, but I'd suggest you buy a lapping kit to shave an extra few °'s off the temps.

If he's only running a 3000+ and a 6800 I don't think the BW 745 is all that bad, it will hold up, but if you plan on Oc'ing both then I would suggest none of those.

Save up more money and spend it on good quality parts, it'll last you a lot longer and you'llget better results

Keep in mind you are asking people who mostly have custom setups and not pre-built kits

out of the kits you posted I think the bw 745 would be the best, but....

take a look at the link in my sig. The water I'm running in my X-Navigator would be much better than any of those kits.

I've got this setup in my case (almost all internal, the heater core is mounted on the back of my case w/ a radbox)
Swiftech Apogee cpu block
dd maze 4 gpu block
swiftech mcp655 pump
modded 77 bonnie heater core w/ dd shroud and 2x tt thunderblade fans
masterkleer tubing

I am currently working on a water cooled cm stacker build. When I am done I'll be selling my case and rad
