This is a site that has about the best for water cooling, do it your self is about the best, from what I read most premades are just a little better than air cooling.

The GPU coolers are expensive.

The other poster is right about WC kits, they really suck in my experience. But for $300, you should be able to put together a component WC setup, by buying the blocks and reservoir individually.

It depends on the kit. I am all about Custom, but Swiftech kits are very nice.

Right now Voyeurmods has the swiftech mcp655 on sale for $10-$15 cheaper then anywhere else. Swiftech Apogee or the Storm for a CPU block (I vote apogee as it's nearly the same as the storm give or take minor differences). GPU block you defiantly want the Dangerden Maze 4. For the radiator(s) I dunno I haven't hit that point on my custom setup yet. But you can made a killer custom setup for $300 compaired to buying a kit. Make sure to check the the water cooling sticky thread to double check and make sure you ahve everything needed for a custom though (clamps/t-lines/res etc)
