Rev E6 San Diego running 1.357v (stock voltage). Room temp approx. 63 Celsius.

With the DFI Expert there is a known temp reporting deviation. These temperatures were measured with an NIST traceable IR thermometer. The measurement was taken in 2 steps; pointing at the base of the CPU, and waterblock. An average of 10 readings were taken in both location and the total variance between the 2 is in the magnitude of 2 degrees. From observations done when I had the 6800GT Sli setup and the 2 Maze 4 GPU waterblocks, a temp increase across the board of 4 degrees is expected, provided the 7900GTX is no more cooler or warmer than 2 6800Gts.

Just a thought, Room temp 63 Celsius, is like 145+ degrees Fahrenheit.....Apologizes to gator about the semi off-topic post.

Here goes: Temperatures for a Celeron 346 (3.06 GHz OCed to 3.818 GHZ )

Ambient temperature (thermometer taped close to HSF intake) 23 c
vcore (according to CPU Z) rocks between 1.28v and 1.312v
air cooling with TT Big Typhoon

Everest Home Edition
CPU 29 c
MB 30 c
GPU 38 c
Maxtor HD 25 c

SpeedFan
CPU 29 c to 30 c
MB 30 c
HD0 26 c

BIOS
CPU 34 c
MB 30 c

These are all idle temps, I think the load temps are less than 40 c, even in the BIOS.

Why do I have a spread in CPU temps between BIOS and the rest ? (34 c vs 29 c to 30 c) I've got a hardware fan controler, but it's on another machine I have and I've been too lazy to redo the whole thing. Is something wrong with my board with the vcore spread ? I got this Asrock 775DUAL-VSTA for a cheap Conroe (Allendale) and I have wound up ordering a PD 805 instead, due the end of the week. sheesh I'll get a better board for a Conroe, when they're cheaper. One that will take DDR2 800 and I'll try to get a E6600. (4 MB cache)

OOPS, sorry people. The temps I recorded on this page were for AIR. I've got the Celly under a TT Big Typhoon HSF. Duh... you'd have to wonder if I can read ? Like I said, SORRY!!!
