I was looking at getting a set of these for my BI GT 3x120 Rad, think these will be pretty quiet and still move enough air for good temps?

Depends on which model you go with..which are you looking for? the 8.7dba fans?? Those only move 33cfm, which isn't all that much...If you looking for quiet but still moves some air, I would go with the 2nd or 3rd model...Or, if your only looking for quiet, go with the first ones..
I would say, check out SVC.com, they have all their fans listed with dba and CFM on the search page, and they probably have the best deals on cooling solutions!

Yeah with cooling the CPU and 2 x1900's I was looking at the 2nd model, if I has something that I could gauge as to how loud the 28 db (3rd model) would be I may go for those.

If you want silence, get the 2nd model, the 1200 rpm one. It's 20 dba, which is average room noise.

go with some quiet panaflos or yate loons. I'm using some medium speed 120x38mm panaflos on my gt 360. And I'm using yate loons in the rest of my case.

Well another thing you could do is get the fans and get a fan controller and thin you could controll depending on how much you needed at the time that way you could have them down and thin win you game or whatever you could turn them up a bit. You can get a fan controller with digital temps for CPU,VGA and HD for abought 20

I have one of these Evercools, they get 80cfm at <25dB. Translation... plenty of air flow and very quiet.
