Ok, do you think I could get a water cooling system (CPU only) into this case? My plan was to use an MCP350 with 3/8" Tygon and mount a dual 80mm rad on the side of the case. What do you think?

With the right ambition, desire, and knowledge, you can fit anything damn near into anything. Looking at the case you want, you'll probably have to go with an external radiator, and possibly pump & resivour. Depends on what hardware you want in the system, and how much space is left will depend on if you can put the resivour (and possibly pump) inside the case.
I would recommend a different case if you want to go water cooling, but that's my opinion.

Here was my plan: Screw the rad to the side pannel out side the case on the right side (next to the CPU), and stash the MCP350 in the external 3.5" bay. I dont see any way I could fit a res in there, so I thougt I could do a T-line of some kind. What do you think?

Nope that case is made just big enough to fit the comp parts. There's no way you'll get tubes to bend that much without kinking anyways.

That is what I was thinking. The yellow is the tubing/pump, the blue is the mobo, the red is the res, and the black is the PCI-E riser. The tubing to the CPU woud just branch off the main line and go to the water block. I thought I could use that anti-kink stuff around the bends or if I really needed to, I could get L bends and use them.

This is the one time I would say look into Innovetec (however you spell it) or a kit with the really small tubing. But making it sound like a jet would prob give you better temps.
