Here are the latest additions to the gallery, another TJ07 done in Bright Orange and Glossy Black along with matching E-SATA HD caddys.






Also just did a friends 4x4 Rims whilst he was stopping with me for the week.

They needed shot blasting before hand and then etch priming as they had been chromed many moons ago.

It's a pretty awesome finish though to say it's powder coating!

I really like the ones on 19 & 20. I am getting a SilverStone TJ09 case soon for a friends build and plan on doing a Satin Black on the inside with a Metallic Brown on the outside of the case.

Question when you Powder the Radiators do you have to tape them off in fin section only and then after the spray remove the tape for the oven?

Stanley kinfe blade under one of the corners and then just rub off the glue afterwards.

Not if you use high temperature tape, which you should be if you are powder coating them.

Just mask off the fins before shooting it then cure it and peel the tape off afterwards.

EDIT: What rad are you powder coating?
If the rads are soldered they will fall apart whilst in the oven, i.e. Thermochills & Feser rads.
They need to be brazed in order to cope with the heat, i.e. Black Ice rads.

Powdercoating Thermochill's = FAIL!
