Bah, someone had to be the guinuea pig didn't they, shame it cost me £150 to find out the answer... the answer being that you should never powder coat a Thermochill rad.

Picked a few satin black bits and pieces up on Monday, tomorrow should be full of new colours and powders though!
 Lian Li 343 with the back all modded to have a removable, inverted ATX tray!   Lian Li A71 done satin black, pretty straight forward    More tomorrow night *fingers crossed*

Sadly thats not mine, thats a mates who was stopping with me last week.
His build log for it is here however he hasn't really documented the mobo tray mod or at least not yet because he did it whilst he was stopping here: http://www.watercoolinguk.co.uk/foru...ead.php?t=3611 Basically, he's cut 95% of the back of the case out and made a new panel to accept the IO part on the opposite side of the case. The tray has been tapped to an M3 thread to accept thumbscrews so it's easily removable. It should be arriving back with him tomorrow so no doubt he'll play with it over Xmas & update the build log!
