Default WCUK Powder Coating Gallery

What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is the technique of applying dry powder paint to a part. The powder is applied with an electrostatic spray gun to a part that is at earth (or ground) potential and then heated to form a "skin"on the object.

Powder Coating is typically a much harder wearing finish than normal paints and so is ideal for PC Cases where the user is likely to scratch the paint when installing or removing hardware.

What colours are available?

We work from a universal colour chart called RAL, a copy of this can be found here:
Number 1
Number 2

As well as normal RAL colours, we also hold a massive range of metal flakes and pearlescent pigments which we can add into the Clear Coat to give all sorts of weird & wonderful effects.

Metal Flakes, Pearls & Special FX

Whilst we aim to offer as many colours as possible, it isn't practical to stock every single shade of each colour.
If you can't see the colour / finish you require simply contact us and we'll see what we can do.

What can you Powder Coat?
In short, anything metal than can withstand temperatures of 200 degress for 20 minutes, this includes:
  • Car Parts - Rims, Calipers, Engine Covers, Grills
  • Motorbike Parts - Frames, Rims,
  • Bicycle Parts - Forks, Frames, Rims, Spokes, Pedals etc
Please e-mail for prices

Show-off.

No, I'm just kidding.... Anyways, they look great, and certainly a lot better than the spray paint us lesser modders use.

its powder coat, uses electricity or magnetism to make the paint stick, then it gets baked, and then there will be cake.
