Didn't have a very productive night i'm afraid...

This is how it looks at the moment but i'm not happy with it.
I'm gonna grab some countersunk rivets from the shop tomorrow and take it apart again and use the countersunk ones instead of the normal dome head I had to use earlier (didn't have any countersunk ones available to hand).
Notice the gaps caused by the dome head rivets

Heres a few other random shots I took as I was puttin it back together:

It's done by a local company about 5-10 mins from me!
We've got a neat lil setup going.

Wow thats a powder coat? Looks stellar for sure! I really like the side panel, it's something similar to how I am changing mine....

Questionb regarding the rivets.

I know how to remove them easily enough. I assume you use a rivet gun to re-connect everything?

Could you please provide the specs on what you use to rivet (and the stock for it). I was interested in doing something similar.

Yup it is indeed, thats why I love the guys that I deal with!
Who says powder coating has to give orange peel?

EDIT: Posted at same time as me.

The rivets I used were 3.2mm x 10mm dome headed ones, I need to swap them out for counter-sunk headed ones in the morning though.
And yup, just pop the new ones back in with a rivet gun.

So any inexpensive rivet gun will work but with rivets with counter-sunk heads?

Thanks

Well I contracted Marcus' services through the watercoolinguk shop. Emailed the shop asking about the case modding services they offer and Marcus contacted me back. Was very helpful suggesting components when I outlined my idea and set up a shop item so I could buy all the bits and get them sent to him for the mod.

It's not like I just sent him a PM on this board and said "MAKE ME A CASE PLZ!!" :P
