If you got standoff's with the motherboard I'd check to see if there may be a difference between them.

I guess Ill go to homedepot and get some rubber washers.

Maybe lian li is going down hill. I should probably have gone with a american company so I could at least get some tech support. They have a number listed that is not even in service.

370 dollar case and you figure it would be compatible with top of the line hardware.

Ahh well. Thanks for the help guys.

Those just look like standard Lian Li stand-offs and it's a standard Li Li try.

Chances are the bottom of the PCI slot on the GPU is catching on part of the tray.

Just wiggle it around a bit and it should eventually slip down the side of the mobo and the card will fall into the PCI-E slot.

PS: Not sure why this is in the WCShop section?

Look at the first set of pictures. You can see the card is pressed down as far as it can go and is screwed in to the case snuggly. It just doesnt reach all the way into the slot. Nothing is blocking it.

I must have put it in here by mistake. Sorry :/.

That's me stumped then.

Only time i've had any similar sort of problems has been when the PCI plate has been catching on part of the tray.

Is there any way that the mobo tray is not inserted into the case properly?

Have you tried another type of card, e.g. pci sound card or something? Its possible that the backplate for the video card was put on wrong or is too short. If another type of card fits fine, its probably something to do with the video card not the case.
