my 2 cents: eleven2.com has been working quite well for me.
You could also simply install something as basic as wordpress and have him edit his schedules/syllabus as "pages" or even blog entries. Then he just needs to know how to use a basic text editor. heck wordpress.com will give you a something.wordpress.com address for free. yes yes, I know wordpress can eat crap, but it's widely used and I don't imagine this guy's classes getting hammered w/ traffic. http://exampletoast.wordpress.com/
