Default ASP.net - forum like posting

OK so what I really want is a vBulletin type interface that would allow someone wiht admin priv. to log-in and submit a post as we so in the forum (pref. the quick reply @ btm). However I would also like the "thread" to be read-only to regular users.

Scenario: I am making a golf oriented website for a golf course and want to make it so the pro (not tech oriented) can simply log in, write a title to what tip they're going to post ("The Secret to Golf"), and the body of the post ("Keep your F'ing head down"), and click submit. The user would see what we see in a locked thread, just the title and tip.

Ideally I would want this to be continuous where all tips are kept on the page and each new one pushes the old one down (ie sort by newest)

Where should I begin and what should I use?

Thnx for the help ~DanNEBTD

http://www.yetanotherforum.net/ should have all the functionality you need. It is a slick interface and SIMPLE to set up
