hey everyone,
I've been trying to modify existing CSS layouts so I can use one for my cousin's website. His site is in very bad condition right now. Anyways, when I load up a premade css template into DM8's design view I notice that some divs and such are misplaced but when I view them in the browsers they look fine. The problem with this is My cousin needs to be able to manage the site overall and he doesn't know how to code in html/css. I was hoping he could just use the design view to add new content. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this or if maybe a newer version of Dreamweaver handles CSS layouts better? Thanks.

I don't know if newer versions handle it better, but sometimes its because a higher level div or layer is not defined in width, height, or location (right bottom, left, or top). You have to be very specific if you are working with layers located within layers etc...
