Listing Website and Randomizer

Im going to attempt to create a website that basically has lists. This should hopefully help the freebie section out a lot. The basic idea of the site is that if you want to create a list, you have to register. This will then allow you to create lists and administrate these lists.
You give your list link out to people such as on OCN and then they can join the list, which adds their name to it.
Admins can then close the list and are able to get a list of everyone that joined it. They can then randomize the list giving them a winner.

The idea of this is to stop all the headaches for forum staff and the freebie givers. I can imagine it being a right pain for the freebie giver having to traul through 6-7 pages to get names.
It should also help stop "list fraud." Where you add your name onto a massive list i.e.

1) Member1
2) Member 2
3) etc...

Using that method people can just get rid of people which is lame. So hopefully this system should stop all this.


I should hopefully be able to get a lot of this done myself however I will probably need a little bit of help.
1) To jog my memory
2) Somethings I need to learn (how to do timers etc)

Features

• If you want to create your own list you must create an account
• When you create a list you are admin for that list
• List admins can put a password on the list (great for locking it for OCN useage only)
• Admin can close the list at any time

Wanted Features
These are the features that I will try to incorporate but I can't guarrentte anything just yet

• Randomise List Button ( picks a winner or multiple winners from the list)
• Automatic list closing (possibly with option of auto randomize at the end)

Great idea, that will make things easier. And avoid list disruption when you get like 30 posts in less than 10 seconds.

I'll help ya out if you wanna do it in PHP+MySQL, could probably put it together in like an hour tops.

But there wouldn't be any way to check reps or multiple entries (faking your IP is too easy) without access to the OCN database.
