I made the background of my menu an image and its fine on my monitor, but it doesn't fit into the frame on a smaller monitor. I don't know how to resize it to where it will look the same on a smaller/larger monitor. Any help is appreciated.
Edit: Problem solved and I feel stupid I just now thought of this, just needed to use 100% on height/width attributes.

The reason I'm having issues is because I'm using frames and the frames get smaller on a smaller monitor so having the picture at a set width/height makes it to large to fit into the frame when I use a different monitor. I don't know if there is a way for it to fit to the frame perfectly no matter what monitor I look at the page on.
