Default Lightbox modification or solution?

I have installed Lightbox on a website for use in a photo gallery.
If you don't know what lightbox is -> http://www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/

Anyway, all the fullsize photos are a maximum of either 800px wide or 600px tall.
However, if the screen resolution is 1027x768 the fullscreen view shows the scrollbar.

Is there anyway of proportionally scaling the fullsize photo depending on the monitor resolution?
