Default Web poll - private results

Not looking for security here, just looking for the quickest and cheapest way to implement a web poll on a site.

I need to have the results post to another page that will display the results.

I'm obviously thinking PHP but am getting hung up on the results page.

What do you think?

**private results just on unpublished page.

Well you need some sortof authorization don't you? To do this look into the pear auth classes. You then call on your results page. This is very loose code
PHP Code:
if ($auth->checkAuth()) {

then do what you have to here
} else {
echo
"you are not authorized";

To post variables
PHP Code:

<form method ="GET">
<
input type="checkbox" name "poll[]" value "AMD">
<
input type="checkbox" name "poll[]" value "Intel">
<
input type="submit" name ="result" value="View Results" onclick="javascript: form.action='view_results.php';"/>
Now on the view_results.php
PHP Code:
if (array_key_exists('report'$_GET)) {

$whatWasChecked =  $_GET['poll'];

hope this gets you started. let me know if you have more questions.
