I want to add a simple, 3-answer, poll to my site. I've searched around and found some free sites that do it for you, but they add a bunch of ads and links that can't be removed in the code.

Can someone here help?

Can't give the url here. It'd be promoting, and it's politically motivated. 2 infractions in one It's just basically a single page announcing a meeting in my town, and I want a poll setup asking people if they are planning on attending.
