Default Making a website. Need help.
Hey guys I'm going to make a website for a family member I've only done really basic web making like you would learn in school. This website is mostly for fishing and more, if I found more info I will update the info. What is some good sites to learn some more HTML. I would like something like this

You may want to look into something other than just basic HTML. Take a look at some PHP and CSS. Pretty much any guide will do. You just need to google around a bit.

Install wordpress, find a theme you like, make a backup of said theme, then edit the original to your hearts content.

You now have a very functional site, that looks great, and you will learn a lot in the process.

Don't install Wordpress as they have almost daily security patches that come out. Install something like Joomla or say phpnuke if you want a community based thing.

As someone mentioned above (but beat me to it), w3 schools is a great site for building things yourself.

Wordpress, Joomla, or if the site is going to be something strictly static, download a site template and just modify it. Any of those options are good ones.
