De La Soul, Lupe Fiasco, Common, Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Brand Nubian, Canibus, A Tribe Called Quest, The Roots, Gang Starr, Digital Underground, (old) Kanye West, Immortal Technique, etc. Better yet, try to make a 4 minute spoken word poem read to a beat that doesn't suck or sound corny if you think hip hop has no talent.

Why don't you go to the invision power board community forum and ask the users what host they recommend? We here at OCN probably would have a bias opinion, not related to your needs, on which host to recommend.

Just google free or cheap hosts. Try a bunch out and figure out what you are doing and go from there.

If you are expecting a lot of users, I would recommend a good shared host.
__________________A forum will access the database a lot and can make your hosting reach its connection limit. Don't fall for the whole "unlimited databases, unlimited space" spiel, as the backend connection limit is more important for a database driven site.
