Default HTML or CSS code not working

OK, well I am making a page and I have the h1 css tag showing the header in Dreamweaver but when I try to look at it, it doesnt show up. I have no clue on what is goin on or what I am missing. So I need some help, but I know its something simple.

Are you talking about emphasized text (italic text)? If so, I've figured it out for you and I'll reply to you what's wrong if you say that's the problem. If you're saying you're h1 tag isn't showing up, period, I don't know what to tell you, because it works fine for me.

More information on your problem will yield more responses for solution.
I don't exactly understand what you need help with, but I'm not seeing (at 5am in the morning after a long night, lol) any glaring problems in the code atm... well, some grammar stuff in the wording, but not in the code.

But anyway, yeah, more info to know what you think is wrong with the code and/or what you want the code to do and we can help you out better

Don't use a WYSIWYG editor for one, and two, what exactly is not showing up correctly?

Heads up, replace line 1 of your CSS with
Code:
* { padding: 0; margin: 0 }
