Alright, I did a system rebuild yesterday, and it seems like the more I reinstall, the less it works right. Last install, it opened new windows in the inactive state. That's back to normal now, but now the problem is that I can't right click inside the start menu! This means I can't access the system properties by right-clicking on My Computer, I can't create shortcuts inside the start menu (i.e. so I can place SpeedFan in the startup folder), and I just can't right click. Has anyone else had this problem? Don't tell me to reinstall, because the system is already setup completely (i.e. I've done all of my tweaks to remove certain features that are annoying.).

Never mind. Figured it out. Somehow I accidentally disabled Drag & Drop.
