Windows Problems???
i have problems when starting my computer
__________________it starts up fans on... psu on... but the moniter goes thru the screen where you can enter the BIOS and right the winxp sign starts to load it finishes and the screen turns black not off but black for about 10-30 seconds and it shouldn't do that because i had to reinstall before and it would start completely before my moniter would turn on i dont know whats wrong plz help,
