Windows Freezing
well everytime i am transfering large amounts of data my os freezes and i am guessing it is either windows cause i have reformated 3 times or my ram?? PLZ HEP

Since you reformated already.... are you OCing?
If you are OCing revert to default and see if it contioues. Mean while, look at your PS voltages, could be that is the issue.

nope no oc'ing and my ps voltage is at 110 american standard

The 3v, 5v and 12v rails, are they up to standard.

ok im new to voltages cause i usualy dont have to check them but i am pretty sure its ram I got PGI pc 3200 turbo, and well im not loading it right now and i am doing just fine but when i load it with transfering of 4 gigs of data is freezes? so about volts what is the normal everything?

No more that 5% varation on the 3.3v, 5v or 12V rails

well then my volts are just fine and when i freez when trying to transfer my music iget myram up to 33% usage so idk what hte problem is

You might want to check for a related BIOS update, it could be the RAM.

Probably is the RAM. I had this problem on my old PC. Mostly happened when playing music or games
