I get this stupid error and I think it might be virus... any cool free anti virus- spyware etc thingie to download.......

That seems to happen allllll the time on my windows 2000 laptop. It usually happens if I don't boot down properly. It looks like you're running XP though, so I don't know about that. I've never got it on XP..

That happens when you turn off your computer without doing it in the Start menu... well that happens to me.

I dont think its a virus cause when I got it, I scanned and nothing came up
