Any Way to Stop Windows Restarting My PC?

Whenever I tell Windows not to update it does it anyway, then get's me to the brink of smashing my laptop up by saying restarting in however long. Is there anyway that I can disable this (not auto updates, because I've already done that and it still auto updates) so that it doesn't auto restart?

Try going into CMD and type shutdown -a.
