Default Windows is making me mad...

I've followed the quick boot setup that enterprise made, I disabled the sounds, fancy images, etc..

I have an E6300 @ 3.4ghz, 2gb of ram and it takes 10 (ten) bars for windows to load up. What's going on?

Its hard to explain but it just happens. Its like a sweet spot where windows likes to load slow. Just rase the cpu alittle more
