Ever since I change the 1st booting device,2nd booting device,3 booting thing, my PC takes ZOMG 3MIN to boot. I set the setting back to normal and even reset the CMOS, and it is still the same, waaaa.

I'm not exactly sure what "1,2,3 booting" is, but I'm assuming that you mean HD, then CD, then floppy? If that's the case, disable everything except the HD. If you do need to run something off a CD or something, you can just go to boot menu with F9 or whatever you key is. That'll some a good amount of time. Also, you can try Start-Run-MSCONFIG and go to the last tab and keep some of your programs from starting up. That's how my boot is, and it takes about 20-30 or so seconds.

download bootvis:http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=664
then click trace then next boot plus driver delays...let it reboot, when it starts again, the click trace then optimize system, and let it boot again

Or TuneXP, works about as good as bootvis on rearranging boot files and then also defrags boot disk... Very speedy.
