Exclamation Weird problem in Games, dual core maybe the problem?

Hey guys, i started having bad performance. Well not bad, but CSS would run fine at 215 FPS for like 5 min, then it would like stall, for 2 seconds then resume again. Its really annoying. I tried installing all of the drivers and stuff for Dual's off of the AMD web site. And also did the Microsoft Hotfix. And still it hasn't fixed it yet. So i re-formated, and installed all the drivers yet again, and same thing.

I was running on a 32 bit system when it was happening before, and now i have a dual boot, and it happens on both 64bit and 32bit. So its not the OS.

I used fraps to record what happens. Here the link to Youtube:

Please help!

CSS has gone downhill the last several months.
Servers most likely the culprit.
If other games work fine its not your computer.

well its not server lag and it does happen to other games. So there goes those figures haha.

it happens on all servers, i even made my own and just me running round it does it.

Also i changed the affinity to cpu 0 so only one cpu is runing on CSS and it still does it.

Even if your Drivers are up to date when you install new ones or reinstall follow this procedure :

Installing Graphic card driver efficiently!!! When you Update your graphics cards drivers theres ways that you should go about it. Follow these simple steps below.

1.Download and install ''Driver Cleaner'' Here:
http://www.drivercleaner.net/professional.html
2.Uninstall your Current Display drivers such as your ''ATI'' or ''Nvidia'' drivers.
3.Now run ''Driver cleaner'' and depending on the Drivers you have you will have to select either ''ATI'' or ''Nvidia'' from the drop down menu. Only select the main title of the driver in the drop down such as just ''ATI'' or ''Nvidia''
4.Once you have selected Your driver click on the ''Start'' button and this will now start the driver cleaning process. ( Do this twice to be sure )
5.Now reboot your system and Download the latest Nvidia or ATI and go ahead and install them.

Doing this avoids driver corruption and conflicts so you can now enjoy smooth gameplay.

Also updating your Chipset drivers for your motherboard can be a fix also...

Aswel as that turn off any background tasks you dont need running.
