Default Wireless on X64 PRO

Just made a fresh install of X64 PRO just to find out there is NO SUPPORT FOR WIRELESS USB ADAPTERS!!! I had two that worked fine on 32 bit(Linksys WUSB54GC & DLINK DWL-G132) but both companies have failed to release 64 bit drivers...which is insane since this OS has been out for roughly one year. So i googled my @$$ to find that a belkin F5D7050 usb adapter can work on X64 with drivers from RALink. So i go out to circuit city and pick one up for 40 bucks. Bring it home, download the drivers, modify it for my specific model, and it hangs on the driver install via NEW HARDWARE INSTALL WIZARD. So I CTRL-ALT-DLT it, jump onto device manager to see it installed under network adapters but failed to see it in my connections. So it basically useless. After painfully uninstalling it, im back to square one. This is day 2 into my fiasco and im just about to toss my gaming rig out the window. Jeez....So can anyone help me get this belkin installed or have any other solutions.

It seems as though these companies are not working very hard at creating 64bit headers and extension for their drivers.

Quite surprising really. There must be more to this than the headers and extensions. You might wish to return to 32 bit windows.
