Default task manager help please
anyone know why my task manager looks like this? look at explorer! it is slow as hell, i just scanned with SB S&D and a few other choice malware/spyware programs and thats a negative, but It is still running at around 85,000-160,000k I allready restarted and i also msconfig and set it up so only stuff i need would open. any other thoughts as too why my explorer is running so high? it usually runs at around 15,000-32,000k. thank you in advance

Try ending explorer.exe

Then go file>new task> 'explorer.exe' (without quotations) and click ok.

NO don't end explorer it will crash Windows.

here is another thing i just noticed, my cpu is at 100% but yet i am not folding I will try that fury hold on.

Those processes look ok.

You can end MDM.exe as it is not necessary.

Any overclocks that have been applied please return them to stock and try again.
