Exclamation Memory Dump, corrupted windows Files HELP!

I had my Cpu overclocked, 3.3 and my memory close to 900 on tight timings, on stock cooling. I played BF2 and i got a blue screen Witch dumped memory or something. I shut down the Computer manualy, and restarted it. My Bios had to be reset so i took out the battery. And now I cannot go into windows. I tried repairing it but the dell xp cd cannot do this. I dont have recovery cd's. Is there anything i can do to get back into windows. I also had a LINUX partion, that dont work either. PLEASE HELP, I WILL APRECIATE IT. THANKS. The specs below is the computer with the problem.

Have you set everything in the bios to default. Also try running a check disk on the disk. You can do this from a floppy.
