"Upgrade" CDs/DVDs can upgrade from XP Home or Pro or Media Center

IF you can spare it, boot from the CD and install that way. But back up your data first

And the "Home Premium" will have more "Features" avaliable then plain Home, and will have less features than Ultimate

Google "Vista differences" or something to figure out exactly what they are

Did you receive your upgrade cd yet? I got a upgrade to Vista Home Premium with my new laptop. But I wasn't sure when I could get the cd for it.
