Default Why dont you like Vista?

Hey, some people on OCN have expressed almost hatred toward the new Windows Vista.
My personal experience with Vista has been virtually flawless, yes games run slower, but besides that nothing.

If you wont buy Vista or dont want it, explain why.

It will become the new standard, so whats your take on this?

I'm not buying squat until I'm positive Vista will be compatible with my hardware.

A gig of RAM is plenty for almost any system today, most people with more don't even know how to check how much is being used. If Vista needs a gig base RAM, a dual core CPU and all, and thts just for the bells and whistles, imagine trying to game or do anything demamding. You shouldnt need dual core 2 quads and 4 gigs ram to use your os!!

I was afriad I would kill my laptop if it didnt support some of the stuff, so I resized my HD with this app called Boot It. You burn a CD with a program on it, and when booted from you can resize the partition to try vista without affecting your XP install.

I have attached the ZIP that you download, as well as the ISO that it creates.
