Default Netware won't let me change settings

Well the problem is fairly self explanitory. My mom installed Earthlink software on my computer when she switched servers. Since then I have been getting this message:
I uninstalled the Earthlink software (It REALLY didn't want to leave) and it still didnt fix it. Anyone know how to fix this?

Go to control panel and double click network conections. Right clock on your NIC card and select properties. Then You will see Netware in the list. Select it and click uninstall.

Then click ok and exit.
