Default Windows Installer Error

Ok guys

got a clients computer, when the welcome screen pops up, a windows installer message comes up that doesn't state what the problem is, it just sits there and sits there and sits there etc.

You have to click cancel to get rid of it and even that takes up to 2 minutes to get rid of it.

What can I do to get rid of this message.

Ive tried using MSCONFIG and removing everything except the bare essentials and that doesnt work.

What do i have to do?

See if you can CTRL ALT DELETE to the task manager and see what exe it is, maybe find what program its from and delete it? Also Google pwns haha, just type in the exact problem or error message or w.e it is and I usually find solutions.
