which things to disable in TuneXP?

what should i disable? should i accelerate DLL unloading? if anyone has used this boot optimizer what do you do to increase speed while keeping convenient services relatively intact

This is what I use:
__________________Accelerate DDL Unloading = Enabled Clear Page File at Shutdown = Disabled Disable Paging Executive = Disabled Faster Shutdown = Enabled File Allocation Size Tweak = Enabled Optimize Prefetch = Enabled Increase NTFS Performance = Enabled IO Page Lock Limit = not sure about it Best not to clear prefetch unless you have uninstalled lots of programs. Do the Defrag Boot files and Ultra Fast Booting. Disable Zip folders if you use WinRAR or an alternative. For all of the Hardware I enabled them. Internet, I Increase the DNS Cache Limit Have already disabled all those services, although not through TuneXP
