Doesn't XP Pro's liscense only allow 2 cores per machine?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but...
The Product may not be used by more than two (2) processors at any one time on any single Workstation Computer. How do quad cores work? Or does that mean that no more than two PHYSICAL processors? Someone with knowledge please elaborate.

They wrote it, it is like someone who told you to do something, but you didn't. So, you can install it on more than....2 or 3 computer

It's per-processor, not per-core. Multicores are fine if they are still one processor.
