Exclamation windows blocking zip files need help
So I downloaded a zip file with 2 exes from a friend and windows will not let me extract them, it comes up with this screen http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v7...untitled-2.jpg


It says I can go to the file properties and unblock it but there is no option. When I try to extract with winrar it just makes an empty folder.

perhaps it is something with your permissions, are you on a full admin account or limited user?
