Default This 64 bit verson of xp is a joke!

What is the deal? I just installed the 64 bit xp operating system on my computer, but I can't get any of my drivers to work, because they are designed for the 32 bit version. I haven't looked on nvidia's website but I doubt they will have a 64bit version. So what I really want to get down to, is, is there a way to convert my 32bit apps and drivers to 64 bit? Or should I just save myself the hassle and redownload my 32bit os?

thanks
Jacob

Thanks, I am downloading it now, but i have a to find a 64 bit driver for my wireless card, or I won't be able to run this version of windows. For those of you who are running 64, do you have a hard time finding programs that are compatible? Well I am off to look for drivers for my mobo.

Its not worth going 64-bit right now. Many companies have yet to develop drivers for the 64bit OS. I suggest you revert back to the 32bit OS.

you might as well just re install the 32 bit version... manufacturers just never really made many drivers for the 64 bit xp

a 32-bit processor won't run a 64-bit OS, if that's what you're asking!

64-bit hardware will run a 32-bit OS though, of course.
