Basic Info
User1 User2 PartitionA=Windows/games PartitionB=MEDIA So when i installed XP, as most of you know the standard "My documents" and "My pictures" are on the PartitionA, in the windows registry. My documents was easy to change, see this picture. ![]() My Pictures/My Music on the other hand, not so kind. They dont seem to like this idea too much. When both User1 and User2 click on my documents, their documents appear. WHen user1 and user2 click on either my pictures or music, the file that appears is the same, PartitionB://User2's documents, you with me? ![]() So basically User1 has no "My Pictures/music" folder. Any ideas on how to change this? I'm willing to format PartitionA and install Vista Ultimate as i have it (yay for college brother)

Yah in vista thats REALLY simple. When you install Vista, your Pictures and all located in like C:\Users\Kopi\Pictures (also Documents, Videos etc).
Then on the side bar of your windows you have quick links to like My Documents, videos pics, music etc.... They are just shortcuts to your pictures and that. So you just redirect them to the new location on D. You never really go to C:\Users\Kopi to open thoes folders anyways. You'll always access them VIA shortcut.

The Declaration of Independence contains 1337 words!
