but, like the others said, good for benchies. but better disconnect internet before, because the antivirus is gone too with that tweak

Yes, this good for benchmarking.

However, if you have programs (FAH, Aim, Xfire) or anything loaded at startup they will not work.

You should really spend some time in your Services setup and http://speedyvista.com/ to find out what services you can disable. This will achieve the same effect.
