Default 2k service pack 5.1

i just finished downloading the Unofficial service pack 5.1 for win2k...i installed it,restarted,and absolutely no difference...my computer properties still says im using sp4...anyone familiar with this?

I wasen't aware there was a pack beyond SP4... I've not used mine in some time!

its an unofficial release they say...i was surprised myself...being a old fan of 2k

EDIT...maybe its a very powerfull spyware that nobody knows about and no antivirus detects :P

Win2K is a 3 legged dog, imho, and as far as M$ goes - unofficial SPs are a no-no-no. And the XP v 2K thing... stick with XP and close all non-essential services

for my system win2k is working better.....and i hate the xp feel.....even if you make it look look like 2k or 98 its still something different....maybe just the fact that i know i have xp...so im sticking to 2k.

the question was if anybody encountered this and has some details.
