Default Windows Error N. 5 Access is denied

I keep getting this error while trying to make an F6 RAID disk for 64 bit OS. I can access the floppy just fine, I can copy files to and from it. But when I run the f6flpy64.exe to make the disk, I just keep getting this error:

Windows Error N. 5
Access is denied.

Anyone know what I can do, I am trying to get Vista 64 bit installed on RAID, but I can't get the floppy made. Why can't they just put them in a ZIP file, it has to be a stupid EXE.

If someone could make the disk, or already has the 64 bit one made, I would love to get the files from them.

Thanks

Really? I didn't know that. I spent all this time trying to get make a stupid floppy . Thanks for the info, I just got back from making a floppy somewhere else.

When I tried to install the drivers, how come Vista didn't automatically search the CD? It only looked on the floppy I guess.

So, that`s a good enough solution, but what if you need a
later rev driver than the cd file?

Maybe you`re setting up on a new MB not known by Vista setup?

Or, maybe you would really like to know if Intel is posting a driver package
that is completely incompatable with Vista? (and doesn`t even know it?)

So, I`m asking for another look at this question.
What`s the deal with the Intel f6flpy utility that won`t run in Vista?

Thankx,

postem.

I have also had this problem I fixed it in the past but I just cant remember for the life of me what I did. Has anyone else found a solution to this issue? (other then USB)

BTW: I ended up taking a floppy into work and using a old machine to make a disk. I know that people say that the drivers are on the Vista64 disk but I want the most up to date specific drivers I can get for any install. Besides its the only reason I keep a floppy drive in my PC.
