Default spyware crap...
idk how i got this but i think there a few bad add ons for IE7 and they keep opening new windows with ads in them...how do i find and delete?

Use adaware or spybot search and destroy to scan your system

Download Ad-Aware, scan and clean, also scan with Windows Defender if you have Vista. And do you have a virusscan?If not --> I think AVG is a good one and free to download(correct me if I'm wrong). Download it, scan, and clean.

You need to use a spyware program to search not an anti virus. Popups are a sign of spyware Also in IE go into tools then manage addons to config what you want.

I suggest AVG w/ the spyare 7day trial
Ad-aware SE
and spybot S&D

I also suggest you replace IE7 with firefox...
