RealTek DLL error after windows update

Been getting a lot of computers in the shop the last week with a realtek hd dll error, so I thought I would post the fix for it here. It occurs with windows xp service pack 2 and if you have a realtek HD integrated audio solution. Hope this helps someone.

Yeah, this error is caused by the vunerable cursor patch. M$ snuck it in under the radar.

But i was too lazy to fix it since i'm moving to vista in early May. +rep
