Default What is this?
There is a device in my device manager that isnt installed and im begining to think it has something to do with my recent GPU issue but i dont know which driver to install for it. Any suggestions?

Well is your gfx card listed in there as working? If not then your probably right, it has something to do with your recent GPU problems.
