Default CD/DVD Burner program for Vista
I just installed Vista and am trying to install Nero 7 Ultra Enchanced Edition. It doesnt seem to like it. Is it not compatible with Vista? Recommendations?

Nero 7 works for me on Vista. What was the problem?

It installs but says it cant register several files and I have to click ingnore to move on...

Actually, come to think of it, i might have had a problem installing it the first time.

Are you installing by a file or by cd? I guess if its by cd, explore it and right click on the setup/install file, then go to properties and then the compatibility tab, then check the box to run in windows xp sp2 mode, and check the run as administrator box, click apply/ok. then run the setup/install file. That should work. All you probably need to do is run as admin but i would do the other anyway.

Try running the .exe as adminstrator, Right click it and select "Run as Adminstrator".

hmmmmm, still getting two error codes during the install. It installs completely but says it cant register two files. I have a call into Nero to see what I can find out.
